A Series With Blue
An art exhibit by Brittany Ferguson
The
CWSGR Summer 2005 art exhibit will feature the work of Brittany Ferguson.
Brittany is a first year student at Virginia Wesleyan College majoring
in Art and Communications. She attended Gainesville High School where
she developed her artistic, athletic, and academic abilities. While in
high school, her peers often commissioned her to create logos and designs
for school clubs and t-shirts. This helped Brittany to develop her artistic
skills, which she used to create an AP Art Portfolio that she submitted
for college credit.
Brittany's artwork was on display in the Center for Women's Studies and Gender Research, 3324 Turlington Hall, from May 9th to August 5, 2005.
